China Telephone information service

China Telecom's telephone information service aims, through the voice service, enables entities and individuals to get access to information content and application services, and as a new value-added service it has convenient, fast and multi-functional and tailored features. Objective customers of this service are all the group and individual customers which have telephone terminal equipment, including fixed-line, wireless calling card customers of China Telecom and fixed and mobile customers of China's other telecom operators. According to service objects, contents and cooperation modes, the voice value-added service include five categories,namely, telephone information, communications assistance, telephone e-commerce, exchanges and corporate outsource virtual call center.
